After a long day of swimming and running around yesterday I fell asleep downstairs in Mom and Dad's room. I was sooo tired, I just lay on my side like a horse, which is how I normally sleep. I must have been snoring, because I woke up with a start.
I fell back asleep, then my own snoring actually woke me up. I think I have sleep apnea.
So I read online today (why isn't there DogMD? Y'know, like WebMD?) that there are mouthguard type things I can use.
F that. I would just chew the thing like my Jolly Ball toy (RIP). And oxygen tanks? I think it would get wrapped in my collar in the middle of the night.
Well, at least I can rest assured that the Giants are playing better.
They took 3 out of 4 against the Phillies over the weekend. And our new pal Freddy Sanchez hit a two-run double in his debut Sunday. They beat Philly 7-3 Sunday and showed they can slip by a good team when it counts. It's definitely not about home runs, it's about manufacturing runs.
On the whole, this season has been all about winning close games 1-0 or 3-2, partly because the Giants have a mediocre offense. All that experience winning close games could really pay dividends if we get to the playoffs. That's the best case scenario.

And no, those goddamn BreathRight strips do not work on my big nose. One of the cats mentioned that this morning. Stupid cats.
